NEW YORK - A woman was found shot to death inside a the lobby of apartment building in Brooklyn. Police were called around 1:15 a.m. Monday to a building on Rockaway Parkway near Winthrop Street in Brownsville. They found the 42-year-old woman with multiple gunshot wounds. She was taken to Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead. So far, there's no word on a suspect. Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477), or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).
